What’s a text tree? It’s a quick way to communicate with family and friends during an emegency. To create your family disaster text tree here’s what you need to do: 1) write down the names and numbers of family and friends in one text message, 2) choose two family members to serve as key contact people, 3) discuss the plan with everyone on your list so all your family members understand how the text tree will work during a disaster, 4) send a ‘test’ text message and have everyone reply with the word ‘safe’. The text treee allows you to communicate with loved ones instantly even if the power is down. Be sure you get text tree done today.
