It’s still hot and now many Americans are dealing with a severe rain making system. The Midwest and South weathered the rain a few days ago and now it’s traveling up the I-95 corridor from Wilmington to Maine and beyond. Authorities have issued flash flood watches along the Eastern Seaboard. Many people die in floods during disasters, so stay alert and be safe. Remember, “Don’t Drown – Turn-Around” because: 1) you never know how deep water is and 2) 12’ inches of water can cause your vehicle to float.  While all this is happening, 2 hurricanes are spinning on both American Coastlines. Meteorologists are watching Hurricane Calvin in the Pacific and Hurricane Don in the Atlantic Ocean. Neither system is expected to impact land and will dissipate over the few days.
