This week a Pacific system moved acrossed Colorado, Texas, and Tennessee leaving flooding and snowy highways. Forecasters say as the storm moves up the East Coast this weekend, from Washington DC to New England residents will see a rain-snow mix and Massachusetts could see up to a foot of snow.
