Hurricane Rafael, a category 2 storm, will meander in the Gulf of Mexico over the next few days. The hurricane will likely produce high surf and rip currents. People who live in coastal communities in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas are advised to stay out of the water this weekend and expect breezy weather with the possibly of a rain shower. Rafael will fizzle out by Monday or Tuesday
